John Silvani, Gravity Software Gravity Software has released a purchase order module. Gravity, written on the Dynamics 365 platform. The module allows for a separate receiving function to ensure the items were received in good condition and provides the real-time insights to view best vendor price, terms and delivery times.

Key features include the ability to Manage Required and Promised Dates by Line Item, Manage Negotiated Vendor Cost and account for Purchase Price Variance. There is also Vendor Analysis Reporting. "In addition to purchasing inventory, we allow companies to create purchases for services and other non-inventory items." CEO John Silvani said in a prepared statement. The company offers online demos of its product, which is designed for those who have outgrown entry-level accounting software.
