Bill.com has entered the mid-market will new capabilities for its payment applications. Those include support for a centralized, PO-to-payment workflow; advanced customer support and expanded coverage for cross-border payments.

The cloud software company said it has increased collaboration with companies such as Oracle NetSuite and Sage Intacct and with VARs. The new Purchase Orders platform syncs directly from NetSuite and Intacct into Bill.com while the system now supports more than 130 countries and 106 currencies. Bill.com has also implemented a VIP program for companies that have high-volume transactions. Those customers receive personalized services for account set up, complimentary exchange rate analysis, and access to special rates. AI capabilities are utilized in the Intelligent Virtual Assistant. Customers also have the option of signing up for Premium Customer Support which provides them with fast-track access to chat, email or phone support, along with advanced training for customizations and continuous on-boarding assistance for new employees. Purchase Order sync for NetSuite and Intacct will be available by year’s end.
