I have an inquiry into Exact about Forsythe's title change. About two years ago, Exact put the three manufacturing packages it markets in the United States—Macola, JobBoss, Max—in a division called Specialized Solutions and said they were pretty much on their own financially. However, after the initial reorganization Netherlands-based Exact said it planned to use the manufacturing channel to help bring its Exact Online to market in this country. Orlellana served as a senior sales executive for Exact in Latin Martin in August 2014. His longer-term relationship was with Epicor where he worked from February 2007 through July 2012, serving as channel development manager, Americas—LAC Team Lead for the last two years and nine months. He jumped ship to KeyedIn Solutions, formed by former Epicor execs George and Lori Klaus, and was head of channels and ecosystems for Latin America for nine months.

EXACT NAMES LATIN AMERICA HEAD Featured
Exact has named Christian Polo Orlellana to lead its sales and channel development in Latin America. The more intriguing thing was that in the press release announcing the promotion, Alison Forsythe, managing director of Exact Macola, was quoted as managing director of Exact Americas, a unit name that has not been in the press for a while. In its efforts to grow its channel, Exact Macola saw its initial success in Latin America, where it signed Sistemas & Technologia, LF Consulting Colombia, and LF Consulting, which is based in Venezuela in the last year or so.
