Integration takes place in 3D modeling of products and importing bills of material from CAD assemblies. A hyperlink to the CAD file, inserted in Alere, enables images to be displayed. Clicking Hyperlink start SolidWorks E-drawings Viewer via which a user can view the SolidWorks file without being able to edit it. The SolidWorks view can be downloaded for free.
