?sysproThe word throughout the floor of the Acumatica Summit conference this week was that many Syspro resellers were present. The figure that kept coming up with 25 Syspro VARs who were exploring signing on with the cloud-based vendor.

The reason cited was Syspro's allegedly asking for exclusivity from its channel. Asking for exclusivity is one of the surest ways to kill a channel. A Syspro spokesperson says there is no such requirement. Well, that still leaves a bunch of them at the Acumatica conference. But my thought was five or six years ago, Syspro did a good job of recruiting channel members. However, since then, the resellers seem to be slipping away.
