Modules includes Customer Engagement, Contractor Management, Demand Forecasting and Capacity Planning. The two companies have partnered since Field Service Lightning was launched in 2016 with the combined capabilities giving dispatchers the ability to switch jobs to different field technicians and automatically update the information across the Salesforce platform.
