ORDWAY RECEIVES $10 MILLION Featured

Ordway, which markets billing and payments software, has raised $10 million in a Series A investment. Ordway integrates with Avalara, QuickBooks and Salesforce, along with other accounting software applications.

The round was led by CRV with participation from Clocktower Ventures and existing investors Lerer Hippeau and Revolution's Rise of the Rest Seed Fund. Ordway says its systems manage recurring subscriptions, contract details, pricing transactions, invoicing customers, collecting payments, and recognizing revenue. Its billing application features pay-as-you-go and volume-based billing. It offers recurring subscription management and supports the ability to bill ad-hoc, in-advance or in-arrears. Its payments platform, which integrates with major gateways, processes payments automatically.
