Salesforce has introduced a new partnership program with enhancements for ISV, consulting and agency partners. This includes a new Partner Trailblazer Score that measures the channel participants on key metrics in customer success, innovation and engagement.

Those scores tie members to a new tier structure, which is applied quarterly. Salesforce said it has reduced fees at almost every stage of the consulting program with referral fees open to consulting and agency partners in 22 countries across Europe and Asia, with the exception of GSIs. The company said it is also “evolving Salesforce Navigator, making it the customer-facing way our partners can market their Salesforce expertise.” A partner’s Consultants on AppExchange listing feature its experience, along with their customer rating and project reviews. ISVs are also given access to more Salesforce Customer 360 platform, including Einstein Analytics as part of their applications and to utilize Einstein Predictions to incorporate machine learning into them. They also receive access to developer tools for testing test code and metadata and to Apex and ISV Customer Debugger with the ability to debug Apex in real-time sessions and debug specific customer issues from customer sandbox environments. In addition, top-tier ISVs can publish a custom Trailhead experience to educate their customers using the gamified myTrailhead.
