Qualifying projects were to start between April 1 and April 30 and be completed before May 31. The project must be a temporary healthcare facility, or a new or retrofitted manufacturing facility for the production of medical supplies, in support of COVID-19 relief efforts. Applications will be accepted until April 30 and reviewed on a rolling basis. Customers may submit up to two projects with $20 million in aggregate construction volume. Customers must have been in good standing as of March 1 with the program limited to a customer’s existing product subscriptions.
