The conference website promises “something new and exciting is coming”, but gave no details and did not specifically announce a virtual version of the event. Other conferences still on the calendar are two that had been moved from the first half of the year: Oracle NetSuite SuiteWorld and Sage Summit. SuiteWorld is set for August 10 through 15 in Las Vegas, Nev. Even with Sin City reopening I can’t picture a lot of people making the flight and waiting to enter the keynote arena even if everyone wears masks. And its webpage still reports Sage Summit as going to be held December 9 through 11 in Orlando, Fla. Anyone want to bet on either event occurring.

Another one bites the dust—Intuit has cancelled QuickBooks Connect, its annual conference. The conference had been scheduled to be held November 4 through 6 in San Jose, Calif.
