NEW LAWSON RELEASE OUT
Lawson Software has introduced Infor10 Lawson SE, which the company termed a marriage of Infor and Lawson technology and products. Infor acquired Lawson four months ago and Infor pledged to keep Lawson going and to develop and integrate its product line. The latest version offers interfaces for users of either organization’s product line.
Lawson Smart Office is designed for Lawson power users while the thin-client Infor10 Workspace targets typical enterprise software users. The financial management features include the new Continuous Controls Management and interfaces between Lawson S3 Financials and Infor10 FMS SunSystems, Infor10 Expense Management and Infor10 Corporate Performance Management for two-tier deployments. Supply Chain Management also connects to Infor10 Enterprise Asset Management. Among Lawson-specific changes are enhancements to Lawson Analytics for Healthcare, Point of Use, Integration and Exchange.
