ROSEASP OFFERS ERP TEST DRIVES

Jeff DeMaria, RoseASPRoseASP, a sister company to Dynamics reseller Rose Business Solutions, is launching MyERPCloud. It's a site via which the company will enable users to test drive Dynamics AX, NAV and CRM with preconfigured applications installed. The planned opening is October 31. Besides that, once users register for the site, their information be passed on as leads to registered resellers, says Jeff DeMaria, cloud product marketing manager at the two San Diego, Calif.-based companies.

The site was originally tested as a provisioning site for DP Dynamics GP. "What we have learned from our GP trials is that once somebody registers for an ERP trial, they are pretty serious," he says. "It’s not like a CRM trial." Resellers and ISVs can pay to be members of the site and receive leads. Authors can also post information relevant to cloud technology and the site can be integrated with YouTube for demos. MyERPcloud will showcase BuyDesign from TDCI in a demo instance dedicated for Microsoft Dynamics AX Manufacturing. BuyDesign is a Product Configurator and Guided Selling application that helps manufacturers and their distributors streamline the buying process for customized products. BuyDesign provides a web-based modular application for guided product selection and configuration, product visualization, quoting and ordering, drawing and data generation and consumer interest creation. Also available will be  the  Supply Chain Suite from Blue Horseshoe Solutions in a demo instance dedicated for Microsoft Dynamics AX Supply Chain and Distribution. The suite includes Warehousing for Dynamics AX (WAX), Transportation for Dynamics AX (TRAX), Business Intelligence As A Service (BIAS), and Vendor Portal (VP).
