ACCUFUND UPGRADES SUITE

Nonprofit software vendor AccuFund has introduced Version 4.04 of its AccuFund Accounting Suite. New to the product suite is Task Scheduler, a module that schedules scheduling reports to run and documents to print at a specific time or on a recurring basis. Both financial reports and standard reports in any module can be scheduled. With Task Scheduler, users can offload the processing of reports to off-peak hours.
The latest edition also features Payroll enhancements including Internet-based Time Clocks connected directly to Payroll or the Employee Portal. The system supports the use of a proximity card or biometric reader that scans fingerprints for employees to login and enter time and job codes. The Payroll module can now automatically accrue at month’s end when a payroll period overlaps the next month or year. Accounts Receivable also has a new feature added in the Cash Receipts module that allows a payment to an invoice to be applied in full or on a line-item basis.
