Before joining the cloud software vendor, Larichev had been Microsoft's general manager of worldwide SMB sales and marketing operations and joined Microsoft Russia in October 2009. The company has been doing some significant transformation work in the last year, launching a reseller advisory council in March. In April, the company also hired another Microsoft veteran, Stijn Hendrikse, as chief marketing officer. At one point, Hendrikse had been worldwide marketing responsibility for Microsoft's Small & Medium Business segment. Reseller Mike Silver joined in May to head partner consulting and the company quickly tiered its channel program. It started operating in Mexico in November and in December, Acumatica moved its headquarters from Bethesda, Md., to Kirkland, Wash.
