EXACT ONLINE MAKES U.S. DEBUT Featured

ExactExact has followed through with its plan to introduce Exact Online into the United States. The Netherlands-based company, and parent to Macola, JobBoss and Max, has rolled out the low-end online product in a program for manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and accountants that is subscription free until the end of the year. At that time, the product is expected to be in full release. Exact Online is designed for companies with 10 or fewer employees. However, Exact plans to roll out editions for larger organizations.

Those are the advanced and premium versions that are being introduced first in Benelux and will later be released internationally. Premium versions can serve companies with up to 100 employees. Exact has also linked up with Intuit as a partner, CEO Erik van der Meijden said in the company's recent earnings webcast. The online products are being product through the Intuit App Center and more is on the way. "We are working on an Intuit certification before going into general availability," he commented, although he did not provide details about what that meant. He noted that, "We think this partnership with Quick Books will make our launch easier in the U.S."
