INTERDYN BMI BUYS VIRGINIA VAR Featured

Gary Farrell, Commerce Systems GroupInterdyn BMI, based in Minneapolis, has moved into the mid-Atlantic region with the purchase of Commerce Systems Group. Both are Dynamics resellers with CSG carrying Dynamics GP and NAV. It also has two interesting vertical packages for the NAV market Dynamics NAV for Lake Management and Pebblestone Fashion. It also handles QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions, a phrase that we don't see much anymore on mid-market reseller sites these days

CSG was founded in November 1999 by owner Gary Farrell. Product considerations, not geography, were behind the deal. "Our NAV business is growing so fast we had to buy a small partner just to get the people and picked up about two dozen customers as well," says Bryan Wilton, president of Interdyn BMI. Wilton says the company has received more leads from Microsoft in the last few months "And most are actually very well qualified." BMI, which had $17 million in annual revenue according to its submission for Bob Scott's VAR Stars, added 70 new Dynamics customers during 2013.  Wilton's firm carries Dynamics AX, GP, NAV, SL and RMS and also handles Open Systems Accounting Software and Traverse.
