Kralstein entered the mid-market accounting software business In 1984, when he founded Xecutec Business Systems. In 1997, Kralstein and Mark Chinsky, CEO of Ontrack Consulting, merged their companies to form XecuTrack Accounting Systems. Chinsky was also a cofounder of Clients First. Kralstein was then a co-founder of the former Aston Group. They sold XecuTrack to Aston and became that company's North American VP of sales. Aston was acquired by the former Tectura in 2004. In January 2002, Kralstein founded and became CEO of NAV-X, a company designed to market NAV-X Distribution for Navision. Falteich is now also CEO of NAV-X. In December 2012, Kralstein created Cutting Edge Marketing to create and produce marketing videos for use on their websites. The future of that unit is under discussion.

CLIENTS FIRST'S KRALSTEIN DIES Featured
Sheldon Kralstein, co-founder and recently retired CEO of Clients First Business Solutions, died this weekend. Kralstein died from pancreatic cancer. The leadership role had been taken over by Thomas Falteich, who became president and CEO in January, after serving as the VAR's COO since it was created. Kralstein founded the company in March 2003, and became its CEO in 2004. Headquartered in Holmdel, N.J., the company sold Sage and Microsoft products in offices across the nation.
