DELTEK HIRES CFO
Deltek has named Michael Corkery, most recently CFO and acting CEO of ICO Global Communications, as its treasurer and CFO starting on January 5. Corkery succeeds Mark L. Wabschall who resigned as EVP and CFO on July 29.
Before his stint at ICO, Corkery was CFO of Current Group, and before that he was VP of operations finance at Nextel Communications. Meanwhile (and in a record amount of Deltek news for this publication), the company has acquired mySBX of Reston, Va., which was described as an online network that enables government contractors and independent professional to publish and find new opportunities, collaborate, find partners and identity resources.
