COLUMBUS NAMES SERVICES SVP Featured

Keld Jersild Olsen, ColumbusColumbus, a Dynamics reseller based in Copenhagen, has named Keld Jersild Olsen SVP of services. He replaces Steen Hybschmann, who became managing director of Columbus Denmark in February. Olsen was previously SVP at Nets and also worked at Hewlett-Packard where he held jobs as outsourcing manager, services director and country manager and has also was CEO NetDesign.

Columbus has been implementing its Columbus15 program, launched in 2011, to derive more revenue from its own products and services and depend less on sales of software from companies such as Microsoft. Olsen will focus on developing and optimizing the Columbus service organization, including ColumbusCare, which provides 24-hour service globally. Services are delivered through global country teams and the global delivery center in Indiana.
