RKL, BAESIS INVEST IN JOBOPS Featured

Joe Noll, RKL eSolutionsSage reseller RKL eSolutions has invested in the JobOps manufacturing line by taking an equity position in Synergistic Software Solutions. Synergistic, which owns the package, was sold by long-time owner BDO Seidman to a partnership that now includes private equity firm Anania & Associates Investment Co. and Baesis, a Sage reseller based in Northborough, Mass. JobOps is sold into the Sage 100 base.

Joe Noll, president of Lancaster, Pa.-based RKL said in a prepared statement that Sage "also seems to be re-emphasizing Sage 100 ERP in their overall product portfolio." Noll notes this his company's significant base in sage 500 has many customers who will be migrating to X3 , but for those who don't, the combination of Sage 100 and JobOps can be a good alternative. Sage has said it will extend and support Sage 500 through 2017 and then evaluate its future. Baesis joined the JobOps Solution Provider Program in August 2013. It also carries the MiSys manufacturing line.
