None of the financial applications under the Business Solutions division are sold in the United States. As Exact is being acquired by funds advised by Apax Partners, we might assume that there will be more changes at Exact. Ter Laak had been hired for a four-year term in May 2013. CEO Erik van der Meijden will assume his duties until a replacement can be found.
