TOP 100 2015: ARE YOU BIG ENOUGH? Featured

Top 100The call for entries for Bob Scott's Top 100 VARs is open for the 2015 selection. And however many names repeat there are always surprises--those companies that are not widely known, but belong on the list. Each year, some companies disappear, although looking at the 2014 selection, the companies there are still in business. Whether they lose out to faster-growing competitors is another story.

There are certainly new entries: Project AX, now known as Enavate, leaped into existence in October with the purchase of MBS Dev and Celenia. That company may not make the 2015 list, but its chance look good next year if it achieves its aim of becoming a major Dynamics AX player. The story more likely to be told is the growing number of companies straying from the Sage and Microsoft fold to add cloud products. And then there is the handful of significant players coming in from offshore. UXC Eclipse made last year's list after purchasing the North American operations of Tectura. The 2014 list includes Columbus, which this year purchased another Top 100 member, Interdyn BMI.
