UECKER-RUST BACK AT SAGE Featured

Jodi Uecker-Rust, SageJust as we thought all the Microsoft channel veterans were clearing out of Sage, the company has announced it has rehired Jodi Uecker-Rust. Uecker-Rust is returning on June 8 as interim president of Sage North America. That follows the recent departure of Pascal Houillon as CEO of Sage Americas. With her and Sage CEO Stephen Kelly in place, we have the potential of a Summit keynote in which we don't have people tittering over the word "focus".

She will report to Kelly. Uecker-Rust served as president of Sage Business Solutions from Feb. 9, 2009 until early October 2010, right after the company announced the hiring of Guy Berruyer as CEO of the Sage Group and chucked the short lived reorganization that brought us SBS. Uecker-Rust was a key member of Doug Burgum's executive team at Great Plains. She left that organization in 2004, after its acquisition by Microsoft in early 2001.
