His LinkedIn page shows he held a director's position at his former employer from January 2003 through November 2004, and from then on held VP jobs at the QB parent. He was also employed in global roles, including serving as VP of global product strategy and management from July 2011 through May 2013. Infusionsoft was founded in 2002 by CEO Clate Mask and Scott Martineau, SVP of product strategy, and Eric Martineau, chief software architect.

Terry Hicks, who had led Intuit's QuickBooks Online operations, has taken a job as chief product officer at Infusionsoft. Hicks' left his position as VP and GM of QBO in February at a time in which that application was becoming an increasingly central part of Intuit's software business. Based in Chandler, Ariz., Infusionsoft makes sales and marketing automation applications for small companies. The company has a channel program that enlists resellers, referral partners and affiliates.
