UNANET NAMES VPs Featured

Chris Crowder, UnanetUnanet, which makes cloud-based project accounting applications, has named three new vice presidents. The Dulles, Va.-based company recently named Chris Crowder as VP of strategic accounts. In that position, he is responsible for enhancing Unanet's capabilities and expanding its presence among large government contractors and other project-driven organizations.

He was formerly a principal in the consulting group of Baker Tilly Virchow Krause and was with that firm for 11 years before moving to Unanet. Max Patin, who joined the company in August 2014 as director of customer success, has been promoted to the position of VP of customer success. His previous job was as director of systems engineering and analysis for Aegis Technologies from July 2011 through July 2014. Robyn Burns, who launched the customer solutions group during her two years as director of customer solutions, has been named VP of customer solutions. She joined Unanet in January 2011 as a senior consultant. Before that, she was in professional services as implementation manager for training and consulting for Journyx from 2005 through January 2011. Unanet was unknown to me until it popped up on some Bob Scott's Top 100 VAR submissions and research showed there were even more in that category carrying it with various degrees of activity.
