Richard Vincent, Union Square SoftwareDeltek has acquired Union Square Software, which makes project information and collaboration software built for the architecture, engineering and construction industry. Terms were not announced. Based in Nottingham, England, Union Square has customers in EMEA, Australia and Canada, but not many in the United States.

Deltek intends to integrate Union Square's application with its own programs for introduction into this country. It will also offer the Union Square software as a standalone product. Headed by managing director, Richard Vincent, Union Square was founded at 2000. The company also has offices in Stockholm, Sweden; Sydney, Australia; and Vancouver, Canada, the latter opened this year. Union Square features document, email and drawing management, revit integration and contract management.
