QVINCI AUTOMATES BVA REPORTING

Charles Nagel, Qvinci SoftwareQvinci Software, which makes financial data consolidation and reporting software, has automated the generation of Budget-versus-Actual reporting. The Austin, Texas-based cloud software vendor says its application  can now produce customizable BVA reports that include budget data from an unlimited number of QuickBooks files.

"We saw a need in this area because BVA reporting is a best practice but, more often than not, it's ignored because of a lack of time or resources," founder and chief innovation officer Charles Nagel said in a prepared statement. "Our solution removes both of those obstacles." Qvinci can pull budgeting data saved in QuickBooks and create BVA reports that support custom date ranges, period-over-period budgets, consolidated budgets and budget comparisons and an almost unlimited user-defined customizable variations of the BVA reports Qvinci enables companies to automatically consolidate, sync and map multiple budgets in addition to creating custom KPIs based on BVA data.
