Exact's  American manufacturing software lines—JobBoss, Macola and Max manufacturing lines—are being made part of ECi Software Solutions of Fort Worth, Texas. ECI was just purchased by Apax Partners, which also owns Exact. "We had a very strong push into Latin America," Forsythe says. "Now, we will continue that push into other parts of the world." Before this reorganization, Macola's channel outside the U.S. was managed by Exact from the Netherlands. "There is a fairly big installed outside of the U.S. that will follow under my umbrella," she says. Forsythe notes that since assuming her position in April 2013 Macola has grown the channel by more than 50 percent. Lisa Wise, who has been with the company since September 2001, took over the program as director of alliances and channel development in January 2016.
