TRIBRIDGE EXPECTS $180M REVS Featured

Tony DiBenedetto, TribridgeTribridge ceased life as an independent company this year. It was uncertain what information would be available under the new owner DXC. However in a recent interview with the Florida publication the Business Observer, Tribridge CEO Tony DiBenedetto disclosed revenue.

He was quoted a saying the company expected to close the year with $180 million in annual revenue. That compares to $130 million Tribridge provided early in the year for Bob Scott's Top 100 VARs for 2017, which is a pretty steep increase in revenue. The purchase included the affiliate, Concerto Cloud Services, and it's not clear if the revenue numbers cover expanded operations. I have an inquiry in about whether that is calendar year or a fiscal year total. The other interesting fact that emerged from the Observer article was that DXC valued the company 10-percent higher than had private equity firms.
