SECOND INFOR PREZ LEAVES Featured

Stephen Scholl, InforStephen Scholl, Infor's president of global field operations, has left the company as of July 11. That follows the May 4 departure of Duncan Angove, president of product and support. Angove and Scholl joined the company in December 2010, along with CEO Charles Phillips.

The executive team came en masse from Oracle and Phillips proceeded to remake the Infor culture and product line. The announcements of the two men’s exits said nothing about possible replacements so maybe we are looking at a flattening of the structure under Koch Industries, which acquired a substantial part of Infor late in 2017, including the ability to name four of nine directors. Scholl will remain as an advisor to the office of the CEO until December 31. The takeover brought the handout of generous, one-time bonuses early in 2017 to reward execs for their part in the transition and Scholl and Angove received $18.5 million each. Phillips was awarded a $32.7-million bonus.
