XERO RETOOLS EXEC TITLES Featured

Keri Gohman, Xero Xero is changing the titles of several senior executives.  The changes, noted in the biographies in a recent prospectus for a $300 million-note offering, are all additions to existing titles. That’s except for Kirsty Godfrey-Billby, chief accounting officer, who becomes CFO on October 1.

She takes over from Sankar Narayan, currently, COO, who will leave the company by year’s end. On October 1, the following execs have new titles: Rachel Powell, now chief customer and people officer, adds marketing on to that title; chief partner officer Anna Curzon will be chief product and partner officer; Keri Gohman, president of Americas, will tack on chief platform business officer to her current title; and Tony Stewart, chief product and data officer, will become chief technology officer. The changes are being made under CEO Steve Vamos, who took over the online accounting software company’s leadership in April from founder Rod Drury.
