ORACLE NAMES STARTUPS IN HUB Featured

 Reggie Bradford, OracleA group of six startups have been named as the first class join the Oracle Global Startup Ecosystem hub in Austin, Texas. The site is the first hub in the United States and is part of a global program for driving developing of cloud-based technology.

The software company this week described the program as offering “personalized experiences for startups, mentoring from technical and business experts, state-of-the-art technology, free Oracle Cloud credits, and access to Oracle’s more than 430,000 global customers, as well partners and investors.” Oracle said it does not take equity positions in the such companies, unlike traditional accelerator programs. Reggie Bradford, the SVP in charge of the program, says Oracle’s approach involves “reimagining the startup-enterprise relationship and offering personalized experiences for the startups to achieve true collaboration, co-development and co-innovation.” The start-up companies selected are data.worldEventadorPilosaROIKOISenseye and Transmute
