Gayle Heskiel, Net@WorkNew York City-based reseller Net@Work this month has started Women@Work, a program designed to promote growth through the attraction, retention and advancement of  current and future women leaders. Gayle Heskiel, VP of professional services is leading the initiative, which offers participants a mentorship program, a training series, and networking events.

The firm will also hold an Annual Women’s Lunch for its employees and the VAR’s clients and partners. The group hosts six to eight events per year, including leadership panels, networking events, skills training and workshops on topics relevant to women in the workforce. A steering committee, whose members are elected annually, governs the program Both men and women are welcome to join.
