This brings up a thought that started with the recent creation of Mid-Market Solutions Group headed by Robert Reid, managing director of Sage Intacct. Originally the Sage Business Cloud was to be comprised by Financials (the former and presently dead Live), Intacct, and EM. But Sage put what it called native cloud products in the new group—Intacct and People. X-3 remains outside and it seems the concept of SBC has become something different than it was originally intended to be. Sage is an old hand at renaming products and companies so when it says "We’ll do our best to minimize any confusion”, it has had plenty practice.
