TECTURA EXPANDS FASHION RETAIL BIZ
Tectura has expanded its relationship with Cegid Group, which provides vertical software, to increase its offerings in the fashion and luxury retail industry in the United States and the Asia Pacific region. The companies will collaborate on deployments serving local and multi-national retailers Cegid Group is a good-size provider of enterprise management and vertical software and had $346 million in revenue for fiscal 2009.
Tectura became the fifth reseller for Cegid in this country, but these aren't your typical financial software resellers. Another is Quebec-based Techni-Connection which runs a sizable help desk business. The Cegid line includes point of sale and store management and multichannel merchandise management applications.
