UNIT 4 REPORTS DOUBLE-DIGIT GROWTH

Unit 4, which markets the Coda and Agresso software lines, reported that it had double-digit increases in revenue and income for both the year and fourth quarter ended December 31.  The company, which does not use resellers, said that revenue for the most recently ended quarter was about $170.5 million, up 20.7 percent when measure in euros. EBITDA rose to about $42 million, an 11.7 percent increase over the corresponding period a year earlier.

License revenue was up 32.1 percent and organic revenue grew by about 6 percent. Revenue for 2010 was about $582.6 percent, a rise of 11.1 percent from 2009. EBITDA was up 14.6 percent to roughly $119 million while net profit before goodwill increased by 23.5 percent to about $59.7 million. Unit4 is a majority owner in Financialforce.com, with Salesforce.com as the minority investor. Financialforce markets the web-based product, the former Coda2Go, and also purchased Apprio’s Professional Services Enterprise product during the year.
