INFOR SUPPORT PLAN LAUNCHED

infor logoInfor has introduced Infor Xtreme Support, which offers customers a portal and three plan options featuring what it calls proactive support. The open all day Support portal provides access to software patches, service packs, updates and release notes.
Also available are a comprehensive knowledge base, recorded briefings and online communities. Another new feature is the Ion Support Assistant, an automated tool that gathers information about the setup and environment of a user's Infor software, and gives support engineers an assessment of a customer's situation and non-technical matters. The Premium plan offers extended critical incident support, with a goal of a one-hour response for most critical issues along with live, interactive briefings with Infor experts. Xtreme Elite customers get an assigned account manager.
