NETSUITE SPENT $318K ON ORACLE CONFAB

Zach Nelson, NetSuiteNetSuite paid $318,000 in marketing fees to Oracle related to the recent Oracle OpenWorld conference. That conference was one at which NetSuite CEO Zach Nelson spoke about joint plans of NetSuite and Oracle for reaching two-tier installations. The information is in the form 10-Q filed regarding NetSuite’s third quarter ended September 30.

NetSuite also spent $550,000 to buy an application processing engine from Oracle in May and I would be most readers would like to get more details on that. Otherwise during the quarter, NetSuite paid Oracle Financing paid Oracle Financing $1.0 million, which included $589,000 related to support services, $389,000 related to software licenses and $24,000 related to interest. Make you wonder if Oracle has a loyalty rewards program for good customers.
