SUGAR CRM OFFERS OEM VERSION
SugarCRM, the open source software company, has introduced Sugar Platform Edition for the OEM market. The new version from the company that has been enlarging its foothold among mid-market ERP resellers is designed to let OEMs incorporate the CRM product's functionality in business suites and vertical applications. OEMs have access to the Sugar source code and development tools.
The Platform Edition enables them to embed Sugar in any systems or resell it as a white-label offering. The vendor also announced Sugar Logic, a set of development tools that the company said can be used to create process-driven user experiences. Sugar Logic is scheduled to be available for Sugar Professional and Enterprise Edition users in November.
