Del Gobbo was most recently director of channel sales and senior director of channel recruitment for cloud vendor Acumatica and will be stationed in Gem's San Francisco, Calif., office. He was with Acumatica from June 2009 through May 2013. He will lead Gem's sales and partner programs and is responsible for the most goal of "expanding product awareness and positioning Gem firmly as the dominant cloud accounting software for mid market enterprises". Before joining Acumatica, Del Gobbo's positions including serving as VP of worldwide sales for AccountMate, where he worked from November 2005 through June 2009, and before that working as director of international sales, at Solomon Software and as director of vertical product channel marketing for SBT Accounting Systems.
