JEEVES NAMES GENERAL MANAGER Featured

Daniel Göhlin, Jeeves Jeeves Information Systems, based in Sweden, has named Daniel Göhlin, VP of sales and marketing, as general manager of Jeeves. The Jeeves business unit markets the company’s ERP software to manufacturing and distribution companies worldwide and the Garp financial software system to small and midsize manufacturing and distribution companies based in Sweden. The company said Göhlin’s appointment to the new position marks a separation between its M&A initiatives and operations of its national business units. He also named an executive team for Swedish operations.

With Jeeves ERP Version 4 having been released in April, the company is mapping out Version 5, Göhlin, said. Jeeves will also introduce a cloud offering “which will be available in the coming months,” he said. The company named Nic Tognoni as VP for North America in 2012 and the Jeeve’s web site says he is responsible for managing the North American partner channel, building a direct sales channel in the U.S., and providing account management for all of Jeeves’ current customers in North America. If any readers are Jeeves partners or know of any, I’d love to hear about that. Company CEO Jeff Tognoni came to Jeeves after it was purchased by investment group, Battery Ventures in September 2012. He was CEO of the former Consona from 2003 through 2012, which actually covers a stint with Made2Mange, which developed into Consona.
