Nonprofit vendor Abila has named Randy Potts as SVP of sales. Immediately before joining the Austin, Texas-based software publisher, Potts served as SVP of sales  at LogicMonitor from December 2012 through July 2014. He was chief sales officer for Spredfast from August 2011 through September 2012 and VP of sales at Convio from September 2003 through June 2011. Convio was acquired by nonprofit software publisher Blackbaud in 2012. In the last few months, Abila lost VP of sales Chris Wicker, who held that job from August 2013 through May 2014. He became chief revenue officer at TalentGuard in June.
