UXC, MCACONNECT TAKE DYNAMICS AWARDS

Claude Watson, mcaConnect Australia-based UXC Eclipse is Dynamics Industry Partner of the Year and mcaConnect is the Dynamics ERP Partner of the year for 2015. The awards were announced in the build up to the Worldwide Partner Conference being held next month. The Finalists in the Industry category were Edgewater Fullscope, Hitachi Solutions and VeriPark. The ERP finalists are Azzure IT, Columbus and Tribridge. mcaConnect, headed by Claude Watson, was No. 11 on this year's Bob Scott's Top 100 VARs list with $42 million in revenue.

Obviously having a very good year, mcaConnect was a finalist in the CRM contest. That is probably related to its 2014 purchase of CRM specialist, SalesMetrix. This was no place for small fry. In order, Tribridge, Columbus, UXC Eclipse and Edgewater Fullscope were Nos. 2 through 5 on this year's Bob Scott's Top 100 VARs list. Each has revenue of more than $100 million annually. The only one of the top five resellers missing from the awards list was No. 1, McGladrey. The Top 100 does not include organizations that have no presence in the United States. This includes VeriPark, which has offices in the United Kingdom and the Middle East. eBECS is headquartered in the U.K., and has a North American office and judging from its exhibit at this year's Convergence conference, bears watching. AzzureIT is also from the U.K. Hitachi has not responded to requests for participation over the years. Edgewater has never cooperated, but it is publicly held. On the CRM side, the winner was Accenture Avenade and the finalists were eBECS, Hitachi Solutions. mcaConnect also received the industry award in 2013 and was Dynamics Reseller of the Year for the United States in 2014.
