Sherwood's target markets include distribution, manufacturing, healthcare, not-for-profit, credit unions and aviation. The company says it has more than 300 customers. InterDyn BMI, itself acquired by Columbus this year, has seen its parent purchase Sherwood Systems. The recent deal moves Minneapolis, Minn.-based BMI into the Southwestern United States. Founded in 1990, Phoenix, Ariz.-based Sherwood carries Dynamics GP and CRM. It is also one of 40 Source Code authorized Great Plains Solution Developers. Its head, Lee Sherwood, retired following the deal.
