Product Insights utilizes product telemetry to collect signals and acquire a live stream of data for real-time analysis. Microsoft said the new application “brings value to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to provide a more complete understanding of the customer.” Introduced earlier this year, Customer Insights is designed to provide a single view of customer data. Microsoft says it uses Product Insights “across its consumer and commercial services, including Office 365, Bing, Xbox, and Skype.”
