Each of those is designed for managing a customer’s entire network while the PAS Plan is for mitigating risk, reducing IT expenses and improving operational uptime. PAS customers receive “ERP operational management including troubleshooting of unexpected results or errors, identification and reporting of defects to the software vendor, assistance with alternative solutions/workarounds where possible until the defect is corrected, and application of vendor-supplied software patches,” the firm said. It offers 24/7 advanced monitoring and security, proactive issue resolution, back up and disaster recovery, and hotline support.
