The integration is designed to provide web-based onboarding platform and self-service capabilities. Viewpoint says the system provides contactless onboarding and gives HR staff the ability “to easily share policy updates, safety information or request a digital signature remotely”, while onboarding forms can be customized. HR Management can be integrated with Spectrum’s payroll and HR functions. Service-service capabilities for common HR requests will be available soon.

Viewpoint HR Management has been in integrated with Viewpoint’s Spectrum construction software line. Already available for the company’s Vista applications, the newest integration was announced at the virtual conference, Viewpoint Collaborate, 2020 this week.
