There are instructor-led classes and skills tracking that features sata literacy assessments, certifications, and dashboards. Employees can achieve accreditation in data literacy by passing a 2.5-hour exam. In addition, a community portal provide an online forum for collaboration. Also, 20 online self-service data literacy courses and supporting resources help employees learn on their own time. There are free ‘Data Fundamentals’ courses including modules on Introduction to Data Literacy and Data Informed Decision Making for those just starting and paid courses that start at $250 per student for more advanced students with modules such as Foundational Analytics and Advanced Analytics.
