The new modules are Alithya 365 Manufacturing for account planning and business forecasting; Alithya 365 Smart Order Entry for configuring, pricing, quoting and fulfilling complex orders based on inventory and build-to-suit configured products; and Alithya 365 Advanced Field Service, which extends Dynamics 365 Field Service to support customer serialized assets, track warranty claims/RMA, and add safety protocols.

Alithya has introduced Alithya 365 Power Apps for Manufacturing. The Dynamics reseller said this week the software is designed to work with Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Customer Service and Dynamics Supply Chain Management.
