There is also MySet, a new system-wide tool, which can pre-set a variety of default options in all PBS modules. Additional MySet features are in the works. Also the report numbers in report management have been expanded from four digits to seven digits. V12.03 for Manufacturing incorporates a new Physical Inventory Freeze in the Inventory Management module that enables transactions to be continued while a physical count is completed. The company also said tests of PBS Manufacturing applications on Windows 8 Pro Tablets show the software is ready for use on the road.
PASSPORT INTROS VERSION 12.03
Passport Software, which I always like to think of as the company that just keeps on ticking, has introduced Version 12.03 of Passport Business Software. For those not familiar with history, Passport is a direct descendant of the former RealWorld software. In a prepared statement, president John Miller described the new version's Check Reconciliation as "a much improved module" that feature graphical screens and new options to improve support of cash management.
